Editor should take all necessary steps to ensure the quality of the material they publish, recognizing that Journals and sections within journals will have different aims and standards.

Editor should respond promptly to complaints and issue and should ensure there is a way for dissatisfied complainants to take complains further. This mechanism should be made clear in the journal and should include information on how to refer unresolved matter to cope.

Duplicate submission / publication

This refers to the practice of submitting the same study to two journal or publishing more or less the same study in tow journals. These submission / publication can be nearly simultaneous or years later. Translations of articles without proper permission or notification and re-submission of previously published open access articles are considered duplication’s and it will be not published.
